With over 25 years of experience in financial strategy and operations, Sharai Lavoie has led countless organizations to profitable growth and operational excellence across the country. She has managed organizations with annual revenues exceeding $170+ million while providing companies of all sizes with a foundation of strategic planning, technology, accounting services, and counsel. In 2017, Sharai received the "Top 25 Outstanding Businesswomen" award by the Charlotte Business Journal, and, in 2020, was a Goldman Sachs NC Hill Week Captain, and in 2021 named one of the Top WBE CEOs. She is also recognized as an SBA Emerging Leader and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Among leading Lavoie CPA as the CEO/Managing Member, Sharai dedicates her time to mentoring startups with Innovate Charlotte and numerous charitable organizations within the North Carolina community and in other states. Sharai received her MBA from Wingate University and graduated from Johnson C. Smith University with a BA in accounting.
