Jenni Huotari

As the national practice leader for Eide Bailly's Outsourced & Managed Services team, so leads a team of 300 professionals dedicated to helping small to mid-sized organizations reach their fullest potential. As a financial statement auditor in a prior life (or immediately prior to current role), Jenni has also worked with hundreds of companies to help them achieve financial strength and make the next step for their organization. She strongly believes that every company and organization should have high-quality, accurate financial information readily available to them, as well as the resources and tools to understand why this information is necessary and relevant for making sound business decisions. Jenni also served as the committee chairperson of Eide Bailly's First Focus program; an initiative started to foster a culture where women are as likely to succeed as men. When she's not at work, you'll find Jenni parked in the stands of an activity of one of her 3 kids, or chasing around her two doodles. Jenni is also an active volunteer, serving on various boards and organizations. Jenni is a proud alumnus of Minnesota State University Moorhead.
