AG2314. Farm Bill, U.S. Agricultural Policy and how Geopolitics will affect Agriculture in the Future

The Farm Bill occurs every five years, and sets U.S. agricultural policy for the next five years. The policy decisions in the Farm Bill affect all aspects of agriculture - from producers, to lenders, to agricultural processors. In addition to the Farm Bill, there are always issues in the agricultural space that matter to those in financial services. This session will give you updates on happenings in the agricultural policy world and how potential policy changes will affect our industry. Lastly, this session will touch on the conflict between Ukraine and Russia and how it continues to affect American agriculture.
