Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting continues to be a hot topic in 2021.  Investors, regulators, employees, customers and other stakeholders are driving increased interest in ESG reporting.  During this session, we will provide an overview of the ever-evolving ESC reporting landscape, as both NGO's and regulators alike are very actively pursuing their respective agendas.  Additionally, we will discuss the growing role of the Controllership and reporting organizations at companies as they are increasingly being asked by boards to enhance the processes surrounding ESG reporting.

• Identify some of the current regulatory activity in the Americas and abroad which will impact organizations
