COR2412. Cash Management for Contractors

This session will help participants identify areas within financial statements for construction contractors that present risks from a cash flow and cash management perspective. This session will also discuss best practices for effective cash management.


Learning Objectives:

  • Determine how readers of the financial statements use financial statement metrics to identify whether a contractor has positive and negative cash management.
  • Distinguish simple internal controls and processes that will help improve a contractor’s cash management.
