DCPA24001. Different POVs: Addressing Talent and Leadership Differences on Remote and Hybrid Work | In-person Only Pre-conference Workshop (Additional Fee)

NOTE: This workshop is not included in the main conference. Additional $249 fee required during registration. Contact us here [https://www.cpa.com/contact?fo...] with any questions.

Team members and leadership often have different perspectives regarding remote and hybrid work. In this session, we’ll review findings from the talent and leadership sections of the 2024 Anytime Anywhere Work Survey™ and evaluate similarities and differences in viewpoints. We will also discuss the real questions leaders and team members ask around how to engage in business and professional development in a remote and hybrid environment.

A couple common questions include:

* How do we impart knowledge if they aren’t there to absorb conversations organically?

* How do we keep team members connecting and building relationships?

* Interns can’t be remote, right?

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize where the perspectives and self-interests of leaders and talent align and diverge when it comes to remote and hybrid work environments, and the impact this has on the firm
  • Identify the questions that are likely going unanswered within your firm and explore possible solutions
  • Apply the answers to these real questions to drive real business model transformation
