Join these CAS leaders from a variety of firms and practices as they share the specific metrics that have been most impactful and useful to their practice and firms…and those that haven’t. Afterwards you will then be broken into small discussion groups to share your own metrics and discuss your metric related strategies and challenges with your peers.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify Key Metrics: Participants will be able to identify specific metrics that have been most impactful and useful in driving success within CAS practices.
• Evaluate Metric Effectiveness: Participants will evaluate the effectiveness of various metrics shared by CAS leaders, understanding which metrics have proven less effective and why.
• Develop Metric Strategies: Participants will collaborate in small groups to develop strategies for implementing and refining metrics within their own practices, drawing on peer insights and shared experiences.
• Address Metric Challenges: Participants will discuss common challenges related to metric implementation and management, and propose solutions to overcome these challenges in their CAS practices.
