EDG2502P. Prioritizing Your Well-Being: Strategies of Successful Leaders
The pressure of uncertain economic times, high work volumes and capacity challenges, challenges balancing work and personal commitments, and other current stressors are wreaking havoc on our sense of well-being. To be a resource for our family, friends, clients, and colleagues for a long time to come, it’s paramount that we take action to preserve our mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health as carefully as we manage our schedules. And yet, the subject of prioritizing well-being can feel awkward, and many, with the exception of our newest team members, are uncomfortable discussing it at work. Wellness should be a cultural cornerstone in all organizations to attract and retain NextGen talent and ensure that all team members and clients benefit, too! In this session, we’ll break down the barriers around this critical subject and explore strategies for managing our physical and mental well-being in all stages of life, especially during uncertain times and peak periods. Leave this session inspired to apply at least one idea to enhance your overall well-being. |
