In some hands on focus exercises and role playing we will focus on caring skills, process-oriented habits, and trust and roles. How does strengthening emotional capacity, expanding self-awareness, practicing empathy and respectfulness, establishing team norms, thinking laterally and entrusting members with appropriate roles create a strong pyramid to create an effective teams.
