ENG26LL06. Shaping the Profession Ready Initiative: Member Voices, Real Change
As AI and market forces reshape accounting, workforce readiness is critical. The AICPA is here to help and during this session we'll be seeking your input on the skill needs of the profession at the early-career level.
This session is part of the AICPA's Profession Ready Initiative, a holistic effort to identify and develop the skills early career CPAs need to succeed as AI and other environmental factors transform the profession.
The Profession Ready Initiative team is conducting a profession analysis, a robust research effort involving engagement with stakeholders across the profession, and we need your input. Collectively, these efforts will give the profession and its stakeholders the tools needed to bridge skills gaps, enhance workforce readiness, and transform the talent pool.
Join the AICPA's Carl Mayes, VP - CPA Candidate Quality & Competency, and Mike Decker, VP - CPA Examination & Pipeline, for this interactive lunch-and-learn session where you'll hear early research findings and have an opportunity to weigh in.
