EXP22102. Economic Damages Case Study Workgroup and Meet & Greet

For registered Expert Witness Skills Workshop attendees only, participants are expected to attend their respective “Case Study Workgroup and Meet & Greet” virtual session via Zoom. Students will be able to:

• Analyze key components of the case

• Examine major assumptions, strengths and weaknesses of the case

• Examine expert reports of the case that will be used to “testify” to during the mock trial

• Illustrate comprehension and application of case to support direct and cross-examination during mock trial

• Testify to sample reports during the mock trail onsite
