FVC2322. Proposed Amendments to Federal Rules of Evidence 702 and its Potential Impacts on the Admissibility of Expert Testimony

The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure approved amendments to Federal Rules of Evidence 702 (FRE 702), which are intended to clarify misunderstandings and misinterpretations of FRE 702 among different U.S. district courts.
