FVC2428. The Role of Market Data in the Valuation of Real Estate Holding Entities

This session will cover the various ways that market data can be used to develop reasoned and supportable value conclusions for interests in real estate holding entities. We will also discuss recent changes in the availability of secondary market information for use with these types of engagements and present an alternative for addressing this challenge.
