Living in a time of uncertainty is incredibly hard on mental health. Uncertainty affects employees both personally and in the workplace. Join session presenters as they discuss how to build resilience in the workplace, with a focus on learning new skills for work and home. The goal of this interactive session is to develop a practical plan to increase your own resilience.
Learning Objectives:
- Distinguish between burnout and resilience in times of uncertainty.
- Recognize at least two coping skills to contribute to increasing resilience.
- Identify a self-coping resilience plan and a commitment path for plan implementation.
