GOV2331. Accounting & Auditing Update for Tribes

This session will provide an overview of how upcoming and current GASB accounting standard updates are expected to impact financial reporting for Tribal governments and their businesses. Additionally, we will highlight potential impact to Tribal entities related to proposed GASB standards that you should be aware of. We will also discuss changes noted in the 2023 Compliance Supplement for Federal programs provided to Tribes and other audit risks noted in Federal programs.
