NOT2351. Ethics - With a Dash of Courage (ONLINE ONLY)

Knowing the right thing to do is easy but having the courage to do it is another story. An ethical dilemma is often faced by a party of one. This session will present examples of ethical dilemmas frequently faced in the workplace. We will analyze each dilemma using three ethical frameworks and Kidder's nine checkpoints for ethical decision-making. Finally, we will discuss steps to build individual courage and a culture of accountability.
