The session offers a strategic view of public support. We will address evaluation of unusual grants; what to do with fundraising; correcting prior public support issues; limitations on public support (excess contributors, disqualified persons, 509(a)(2) limitations, HUD/Medicare); strategies for use of the facts and circumstances test; switching between the Part II Support Schedule and the Part III Support Schedule; when you might complete a Form 8940; and more.
