A strategic view of public support. We will address evaluation of unusual grants, what to do with fundraising; correcting prior public support issues; limitations on public support (excess contributors, disqualified persons, 509(a)(2) limitations, HUD/Medicare), strategies for use of the facts and circumstances test, switching between the Part II Support Schedule and the Part III Support Schedule, when you might complete a Form 8940, and more.

• Be able to identify and remedy common Form 990 Schedule A errors and issues.
