Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is in sharp focus today for corporations in the US and around the world. The oil and gas industry has made some progress in the diversity space, but additional steps can be taken to further build upon the growth and be more inclusive of the changing workforce demographics. This session will explore the key business drivers for effective, intentional progress on the DE&I agenda.
