OIL22101. Pre-Conference Workshop: Leading High Performance Teams (onsite only, additional fee)

Are you experiencing conflict on your team? Or wondering how best to motivate a colleague? How will that recent hire you made mesh with the rest of your group? In this highly interactive and participant-data driven workshop, you will examine the traits of a ‘Miserable Manager” vs. the “Fearless Leaders” we aspire to be. We will explore how values-based leadership is lived in the context of different workplace styles, and learn how to best adapt your style to optimize the performance of your team. Specifically we will assess the five behaviors of a High Performance vs Dysfunctional Team and the individual workplace styles that impact team performance.
