OIL2211. Chair Remarks | SEC Update on Current Accounting and Financial Reporting Issues

This session will address current accounting and financial reporting issues that may impact the financial reporting risk companies manage from the perspective of an Associate Chief Accountant of the Office of the Chief Accountant of the SEC.  This session will consider accounting issues that arise from enforcement issues, SEC staff comments/guidance, accounting standards, and Commission rule undertakings.
