This session will cover conflict of interest and fraud aspects of a vendor relationship. The presenters will walk through the vendor relationship starting with the procurement process through ongoing vendor compliance, discuss key aspects of a vendor service agreement, and point out potential fraud and conflict of interest issues common to vendor relationships.
