PFP2513. Trust in Advisor-Client Relationships: Causes and Implications

The session presents results from a study based on a large, global survey of wealth advisors and end clients. Topics include the link between client demographics and trust, how advisor services influence trust, and how trust influences client behavior, with respect to both investment decisions and referrals.
