PFP2609. From Panic to Perspective: The New Language of Client Communication — Smart Conversations in Uncertain Times

This session provides advisers with perspectives on current, top-of-mind investment topics, with a focus on how to communicate key points to clients effectively. The emphasis is on understanding each issue and articulating responses in a plainspoken, accessible way that resonates with clients.

The speaker will address topics such as geopolitical risk and war, AI investing and its implications, gold, politics, and the standing of the U.S. dollar, and will take questions from the audience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize key communication skills that strengthen client relationships and human connection.
  • Identify practices that support clear, confident client communication in uncertain environments.
  • Recognize how advisers apply these techniques to current issues, including geopolitical risk, AI, and gold.
