Woman can lead the away in creating a more inclusive workplace. As leaders, we must leverage the full power of diversity by honing our inclusive leadership skills. Inclusive leaders intentionally bring out the full potential of their team by empowering and valuing the unique contributions of individual employees. And inclusive work culture is key in harnessing, the innovation and productivity potential of individuals and teams
