People are essential to the critical services businesses provide across industries and sectors. Amidst the challenges brought on by COVID-19 and the Great Resignation, organizations must think critically about how to attract, hire, retain and develop talent across a variety of backgrounds and experiences. In this session, leaders will explore concepts of diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) and how they can be leveraged to not only help tackle the challenges of the unique environment we face today but also increase innovation, enhance performance, and strengthen retention efforts.
