Do you wish you had more hours in the day to get your work done? Do you wish you could hand off work and know it would actually get done in the way that you want? Do you often say, “It will be quicker and easier if I just do it myself.”? This session will help you let go, while helping others develop valuable skills.
Learning Objectives:
- Determine how effectively you focus on the right work – where you can have the biggest impact
- Recognize how you may be holding on to work that others would get valuable experience from
- Apply the five key steps to delegating to keep the monkey off your back (i.e., keep your team from punting the work back to you)
