WOM2317. Redefining Success: Because Breaking the Mold Takes Courage

In this session, participants will be guided on how to define success in their own way, honoring the stage of life they are currently in. The mold, or label we have used to define success is probably no longer aligned to where we want to go professionally. Stepping into an authentic leadership role takes courage, and although a small difference, it will make all the difference on the impact that you'll have and influencing others organically inside and outside of work.
