Creating an inclusive culture is a business imperative for organizations to face the many challenges of a hybrid work environment and an increasingly more diverse, global, and scarce workforce. This session will discuss why fostering an inclusive culture is critical to attract and retain your top talent in your organization and how you as a leader and/or team member can foster belonging and connection on your teams.
