WOM2414. The Art of Facilitation

Whether it is clients or colleagues we need to understand how to facilitate. Facilitation is the art of moving a group of people through meetings, planning sessions, or training, and successfully achieving a specific goal. It is more influencing than being directive. We, our clients and teams, can face serious impediments to success as a result of unhelpful or difficult communication patterns. This session will have tips and trick to facilitate in any group, including effective negotiation as needed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify core elements of facilitation skills such as giving and receiving constructive feedback
