Greg Chin
Greg is a partner with CohnReznick Advisory’s National Transactional Advisory Services Practice and a leader in CohnReznick’s Cannabis Practice. Greg brings to this role more than 27 years of experience in finance, auditing, and managing the transactional advisory services practices of national and global professional services firms.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Greg served as the New England regional leader of a large, national firm’s transactional advisory practice, where he led buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements on behalf of financial and strategic buyers and sellers and was responsible for client and engagement management and business development.
Over the past decade, Greg has served as a director and managing director for the transactional advisory practices of a Big Four firm, a global consulting firm, and a global business advisory firm. In addition to managing the client relationships throughout his engagements, he analyzed portfolio company performance, focusing on liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and financial projections.
