His litigation consulting experience includes analyzing industries and markets; assisting with discovery; assisting in quantification of economic damages (e.g., lost profits, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalty, diminution of value); preparing demonstrative exhibits for trial; and assisting in preparation of expert reports. Types of litigations in which he has served as a consultant include breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property infringement (trade secrets, patents, copyrights, and trademarks), marital dissolution, post-acquisition disputes, securities, shareholder disputes, and wrongful termination.

His financial investigation experience includes assisting with discovery and obtaining evidence (analysis of documents and searching of public records); performing computer forensic analysis to identify questionable transactions and to recover documents; quantifying documents; preparing demonstrative exhibits for trial; and assisting in preparation of expert reports. Types of matters include employee embezzlement, management fraud, and investment scams.
