Roger is a senior partner and former managing partner of the Houston office of Holland & Knight, LLP and is a member of the firm's business practice and energy group.  Roger is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is board certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  His practice encompasses all forms of energy taxation with particular emphasis on private equity, oil and gas, midstream and renewable energy.
