Kellie Adkins, Principal at Crowe LLP, has 18 years of business/intangible asset valuation experience. Kellie has managed and conducted valuation engagements for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, dispute advisory and strategic business planning purposes. She has been involved with the AICPA Business Combinations Work Stream for approximately six years and is excited to be here today to discuss highlights from their work (that will hopefully be exposed next year)!
