Mr. Gregory Koval is the Deputy Director, Financial Operations, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller). He is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization, including its regional offices, and supporting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (DASN), Financial Operations in accomplishing his full responsibility for Department of the Navy (DON) accounting and financial operations. In addition, he is responsible for general oversight of the DON’s Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation program and serves as the DON’s Chief Accounting Officer.
