Ben, a former CPA (Oregon), helps build a better working world by designing operations and performance management systems to execute resilient growth strategies. He enables better decision-making by:

* Substantiating the value of ESG performance management

Ben has over 17 years of professional services experience in: Accounting, management consulting, ESG performance management, reporting, strategic planning, data management, and social impact analysis. He started his career with PWC's audit practice, moved into their Sustainable Business Solutions practice and then joined EY's Climate Change and Sustainability team, becoming their global driver of ESG Reporting and Assurance and contributing to many foundational publications that have shaped the ESG Reporting landscape over the past decade.  He led the Royal Bank of Canada's ESG Reporting from 2016-2019 and now drives their human capital reporting as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management.  Ben is also a member of SASB's Standards Advisory Group for the Financials sector.
