Dana Fried, JD, LLM, is a managing director and is responsible for the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of CohnReznick's Tax Practice on a national basis. Dana has provided executive compensation and employee benefits planning, design/structuring, operational and administrative consulting, and tax-related services to large, medium, and small public companies and privately-held clients in virtually every industry. Dana regularly assists clients in connection with employment agreements; equity and non-equity incentives; elective and non-elective nonqualified deferred compensation; related reporting and withholding requirements; and retirement, pension, and welfare plans. He has extensive experience in regard to the compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including planning; due diligence; structuring; post-transaction integration; and change of control-triggered compensation plans, agreements, and arrangements. Dana joined CohnReznick after 35 years of practicing in the tax departments of Big Four accounting firms and prominent national law firms.
