Ryan Tart originally joined the EAG family in 2014 as an Analyst on the consulting delivery team. During his first few years at EAG, Ryan expanded his knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry on multiple large-scale system implementations. He established himself as a functional and technical subject matter expert in land administration, division orders, and accounting by leading merger and acquisitions, implementations and strategy projects for Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas organizations. He also spent time working in-house for a Large Cap Operator managing M&A integrations, digital transformation and optimization projects.

As Business Development Manager, Ryan is focused on creating new client and vendor relationships and maintaining existing relationships. He is dedicated to understanding the challenges businesses face and collaborating with them to identify best in class technologies and outsourcing required to better manage their business.

Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with his bachelor's degree in Agribusiness. He is actively involved in the oil and gas community, and he is a member of the Dallas Petroleum Club, AAPL, and DAPL. For fun, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He spends his free time golfing, fly fishing, cooking, and expanding his bourbon collection.
