He has advised trustees, debtors, senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, and unsecured creditors of companies in industries that include real estate, healthcare, power and utilities, retail gas marketing, retail power marketing, midstream energy companies, web hosting/e-commerce, transportation, and retail services.
