Tracey Golden CPA, CGMA, is the Immediate Past Chair of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.

Golden has held a number of volunteer leadership positions at the AICPA, having previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and Governing Council, as well as chair of the Audit and Finance committee and Peer Review Board. In addition, she has served as the Board Liaison to the AICPA Foundation Board of Trustees and a member of the Relations with the Bar and National Peer Review committees, among other volunteer positions.

Recently retiring as an audit partner with Deloitte, Golden had responsibility for facilitating and coordinating reputation and risk related initiatives and matters and collaborating with member firm leadership to proactively identify emerging risk matters and monitor and facilitate managing existing risks in the Americas region. She served as an Engagement Quality Control Reviewer for financial services industry clients. Golden also served as a consultation resource for many insurance client engagement teams. She has extensive experience in inspection-related activities having served as the leader of Deloitte's internal and external inspections team and audit quality initiatives leader.

Golden is an active speaker, presenting at many AICPA and state CPA society conferences on topics including leadership in accounting firms, growing the CPA pipeline and trends in the profession.

She is a member of both the Connecticut and Virginia State CPA Societies. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and several of its committees. She also serves on the board of the United Way of Coastal Fairfield County.

Golden received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
