Patti Clement currently serves as Senior Vice President of HUB International Private Client Services with the Personal Insurance Division of leading full-service global insurance brokerage, HUB International. Based out of HUB's Northeast region, Patti is relied upon by her clients and peers for her knowledge and expertise for all complicated personal insurance matters. Born and raised just outside of Toronto, Patti joined HUB International Northeast in 1997 after working in the insurance industry since 1977 in Canada. Patti works closely with family office managers, high net worth individuals and their trusted advisors on a consultative basis to assess risk exposures, develop customized solutions and deliver high touch service. She is service and growth-oriented, which has allowed her to become an industry leader in her practice area. Patti's expertise resides in the creation and design of insurance programs for individuals with high visibility. She has distinguished herself based on an outstanding ability to place policies with high risk exposures, including coastal properties, international locations, etc. By creatively identifying exposures, Patti goes above and beyond to protect their most valuable assets. Her enthusiasm for her profession and loyalty to best practices inspires not only her immediate business relationships but her company on an international level. Patti has been recognized annually at HUB's sales conference with top honors. In 2017, she was one of only three sales executives in the company to receive the "HUB Triple Legend Award", which is awarded for meeting the highest category criteria for over 15 consecutive years. Now, she has met this top-level criteria for nearly two decades. In 2018, she was recognized as a Private Client Power BrokerĀ® award winner by Risk & Insurance magazine. Over her tenure, Patti has been quoted in various national publications and online news sites including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo!, etc. for her expertise on various personal insurance matters. She has also contributed to several published white papers by various top rated carriers throughout her career. She holds a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation through the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA).
