Wesley Hartman is the Founder of Automata Practice Development. Automata is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer that builds bots for accounting practices to implement at their firm as well as custom bots to alleviate pain points of the accountant. In addition, Automata offers online seminars on how to build RPA bots for accounting and tax. He is also the director of Technology for Kirsch Kohn and Bridge LLP. He joined KKB in 2009 and has worked with information technology within the financial services industry for over 15 years. Wesley's strengths include introducing technology into a firm's existing processes to make them more efficient and analyzing data patterns to streamline the movement of information in systems. One of his focuses has been to implement automation to create data bridges between software packages. Wesley earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Northridge. He is married and enjoys hosting a yearly Halloween haunted house for his local community, as well as training in Aikido.
