Sharon is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Silicon Valley. She deals on a day-to-day basis with the tax problems and strategies of small businesses in a variety of entity formats. Sharon graduated from San Jose State University and started her career in the examination division of the IRS. She has been in public accounting for more than 30 years. Sharon is a frequent featured speaker to business and professional groups and is nationally known as one of the top speakers in the tax field. Sharon is a featured speaker for WesternCPE's 2-day federal and California tax update and speaks annually for AICPA. Sharon annually co-authors a 650 page federal and California tax update manual. She is a regular contributor to WesternCPE's eTax Alerts®. Sharon is a recipient of the AICPA Sid Kess Award for Excellence in Continuing Education.
