Kristen works exclusively with the accounting industry on practice management matters, leadership development and partner coaching. She spent ten years in public practice with PwC and a regional firm in San Francisco, before founding her consulting practice in 2011. Currently, she leads projects with her team at Rampe Consulting [https://rampeconsulting.com/about] and with Marc Rosenberg of The Rosenberg Associates [https://rosenbergassoc.com/about/]. Kristen was named Woman to Watch by the California Society of CPAs in 2011, 40 Under 40 by CPA Practice Advisor in 2015, and featured in the Journal of Accountancy in October 2018. She's based out of Michigan where she lives with her husband, identical twin sons and a pair of cats.
