Chris King is a Managing Director in the Workforce Transformation (WT) practice of PwC, based in the Chicago office and previously in the Pittsburgh office. Chris has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the HR and employee benefits areas, relating to pension, profit sharing, and other compensation and employee benefit programs, including ESOPs and other equity based compensation programs. Chris provides a broad range of services to clients nationally, including plan design and implementation projects, plan operational reviews, plan terminations, process matters, vendor reviews and other consulting projects. Chris also consults extensively with clients on a wide range of tax, accounting and other technical issues related to employee benefit programs. He oversees numerous large Form 5500 engagements and other compliance, reporting and disclosure projects and practice matters at PwC. Prior to joining the OWT practice, Chris was a member of the PwC audit and tax departments. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his B.S. in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
