Norman is Chief Actuary of EGPS. Norman was previously the President and Chief Actuary of Summit Benefit & Actuarial Services which merged into EGPS in 2021. He is an EA, a CPC, an FSPA and a MAAA. He is a regular speaker at actuarial conferences on all things Defined Benefit and Cash Balance and other actuarial issues, and has published many articles on various pension topics.
