Ellen Labita, CPA, is a Partner at Baker Tilly US, LLP. She is team leader for not-for-profit and healthcare services in the NY business unit and is a firmwide professional practice leader. She serves on Baker Tilly's Growth and Retention of Women task force. Ellen has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, including multinational, national and regional firm experience and concentrates exclusively on providing audit, tax, and consulting services for not-for-profit organizations. Her clients include federal and state funded agencies, religious and membership organizations, foundations, and educational and cultural institutions. Ellen is a member of the AICPA and has served as vice chair of the NYSSCPA Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee Annual Conference. She currently serves on the boards of the Long Island Association and American Red Cross of Long Island and is a summa cum laude graduate of Adelphi University.
