Martin E. Verdick is a Senior Director with the Washington DC National Tax Office of RSM US LLP. Mr. Verdick serves as the firm's subject matter expert for like-kind exchange issues. He has been a regular instructor at the firm's national tax conference on the topic of advanced concepts in like-kind exchanges and he has been a speaker for more than 20 years at numerous national conferences on the topic of like-kind exchanges and other tax topics. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
