Ozo has nearly seven years of professional experience. He has considerable experience planning, coordinating, and executing external audits for complex Federal integrated and non-integrated audit engagements, as well as AICPA audits of nonprofit entities. Additionally, he has financial reporting and managerial accounting experience. Most recently, he completed a project to convert a foreign public issuers' financial statements to comply with Regulation S-X and issue its first 10-K. Ozo has experience across various technical accounting topics, including business combination and loan valuation. He also has considerable experience with internal controls over financial reporting, accounting policies review, accounting standards implementation, and management estimates.
