Denise Dettingmeijer serves as CFO of Randstad North America and the Global Professionals concept. She directs the company's business control (FP&A), business services, accounting, risk, internal audit, lean, tax, and strategic analytics functions. As CFO, she drives business performance by delivering insight to further company growth. In her function, Dettingmeijer has developed a unique, culture-driven approach to financial strategy and support. Dettingmeijer is a passionate ally for all underrepresented groups, serving as co-chair of Randstad's Executive Diversity Council. She provides mentorship to women in the Finance industry through the Global Finance Network and is a fierce advocate for LGBTQ rights, establishing the Pride Network at Randstad US and currently serves as an executive sponsor of the Abilities in Motion BRG. A sought after speaker and member of multiple CFO advisory boards, Dettingmeijer promotes and supports both the staffing industry and CFO function outside of Randstad.
