Terry has 44 years of experience in the CPA profession having served as Managing Partner of a large local firm, Senior Managing Director-M&A of a national firm, and currently CEO of Transition Advisors and a Partner of Whitman Transition Advisors, both national consulting firms working with CPA firms on M&A, succession strategies, and owner agreement design. He has been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today.
